High attendance and substantive discussion confirmed how important access to reliable engineering knowledge, free from simplifications, is for entrepreneurs in the aftermarket sector. Experiences gathered during discussions with Polish professionals in Germany will also serve to further develop training programs implemented by EVSolutions in the domestic market.
Until Friday (September 11), the President of the Management Board of EVSolutions,Mateusz Gawroniuk, will be available to fair guests at the SEHON and ecell-guard booths.
During the ongoing Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 fair, the SEHON brand booth became a space for intense exchange of engineering knowledge with Polish specialists and owners of body and paint shops operating in the German market.
The EVSolutions team organized a practical technical training dedicated to the challenges of a modern accident repair workshop — with particular emphasis on the robotization of processes and fire prevention for electric vehicles.
The meeting gathered a large group of entrepreneurs, technical managers, painters, and diagnosticians of Polish descent, who are successfully building the position of their services in Germany.
Workshops at the SEHON booth combined the presentation of operational technological installations with an analysis of the formal and legal requirements of the Western European market:
Robotized paint spraying (SEHON AI-REVOLUTION): Presentation of the operation of AI-controlled painting robots that take over from 70% to 80% of repetitive painting tasks. The real impact of automation on dealing with the drastic shortage of qualified painting personnel in Germany and the reduction of energy and material consumption was discussed.
Safe handling of Li-Ion batteries and quarantine zones: Procedures for dealing with damaged BEV/PHEV vehicles, requirements for organizing quarantine stations, as well as the application of early detection technologies for pyrolytic gases and certified high-temperature tarps.
Confrontation of requirements: the German market vs. the Polish market: Analysis of differences and common points in the guidelines of insurers, technical supervision institutions, health and safety regulations, and the norms of the State Fire Service and the German fire service (Feuerwehr).
