The dynamic increase in electric vehicles (BEV) and hybrid vehicles (PHEV) in the Polish market means that safe workshop infrastructure is no longer an option but a formal requirement for insurers and the State Fire Service. To meet the growing demand, we are officially opening reservations for audits in January, February, and March 2027.

What is an EV safety audit from EVSolutions?

The audit conducted by our experts is a comprehensive verification of the technical, operational, and legal readiness of the company to service, repair accident-damaged vehicles, and store high-voltage vehicles.

As part of the audit, we analyze and implement, among others:

• Assessment of infrastructure and procedures:Verification of communication routes, repair stations, and risk assessment of thermal runaway events.

• Design and organization of quarantine zones:Selection of mobile or modular solutions for isolating damaged vehicles (e.g., eCar-Safetybox containers, CARPORT shelters).

• Legal storage of HV batteries:Adjusting the space for storing hazardous waste and critical batteries according to ADR instructions (P903–P910).

• Selection of certified fire-fighting equipment:Implementation of certified fire containment blankets (recommended by CNBOP-PIB), fire extinguishing devices, and IoT detection systems.

• Response procedures and training:Preparation of instructions for dealing with battery ignition and practical training for technical staff.
