EVSolutions and PSNSM join forces for the safety of electromobility in independent workshops.

EVSolutions has signed an official partnership agreement with the Polish Association of Independent Automotive Services (PSNSM). The goal of this strategic partnership is to raise fire protection standards and comprehensively prepare the independent workshop sector (IAM) for professional service, diagnostics, and repairs of accident-damaged electric vehicles (BEVs) and hybrids (PHEVs).

The agreement was solemnly concluded by Anetta Mieczkowska (President of the PSNSM) and Mateusz Gawroniuk (President/CEO of EVSolutions).

EV safety standards available to the entire market

The dynamic increase in the number of electric vehicles on Polish roads means they are reaching ongoing service and bodywork repairs not only at authorized dealer stations (ASOs) but primarily at independent workshops.

The collaboration between EVSolutions and PSNSM is based on a shared assumption: the highest safety standards, operational procedures, and certified technical equipment must be universally accessible to the entire automotive market. Independent services need reliable engineering support to service high-voltage (HV) systems without fear and in accordance with regulations.

Key pillars of collaboration between EVSolutions and PSNSM

Under the signed agreement, the organizations will implement joint projects focusing on four areas:

• Implementing safe workshop infrastructure: Consulting and audits preparing repair stations, communication routes, and dedicated quarantine zones for damaged battery vehicles in facilities affiliated with PSNSM.

• Technical education and emergency response procedures: Practical training for staff on assessing the technical condition of lithium-ion batteries and procedures in case of thermal runaway.

• Selection of certified fire protection equipment: Facilitating access to proven, certified preventive solutions, including fire containment blankets, early detection systems for battery gases, and modules for safely storing HV batteries.

• Formal-legal support and dialogue with insurers: Assisting independent services in adapting facilities to the requirements of Insurance Companies and guidelines from the State Fire Service (PSP).

A joint step towards a safe transformation

The partnership between EVSolutions and PSNSM is an important signal for the entire aftermarket industry in Poland. The combination of the strength of independent workshops with engineering knowledge in the area of Li-Ion prevention creates a solid foundation for the safe development of electromobility in the country.
