EVSolutions plays an expert and design role – we conduct a technological audit, analyze processes, design a safe workshop space, and implement fire safety procedures (especially regarding EV requirements). 2. Does adapting the service for electric vehicles (EV) require building a facility from scratch?
Absolutely not. Most of our projects involve modernizing and adapting existing service centers and showrooms. The key is to properly designate the so-called exclusion zone (workstations for EV servicing), implement dedicated insulated tools up to 1000V, and establish early response and fire extinguishing systems for lithium-ion battery fires. EVSolutions develops the adaptation plan, while Herkules provides the necessary certified equipment.
3. Do devices from Herkules, GYS, and Spanesi have approvals from leading car manufacturers (OEM)?
Yes. Both the French GYS, and the Italian SPANESI are global leaders whose devices have official approvals and recommendations from most major automotive corporations worldwide (including the VAG group, Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and many others).
